[How to make]
- For the preparation, boil the bean sprouts and vermicelli and drain the water.
- Kimchi, chives, shiitake mushrooms, bean sprouts, green onions, minced pork, and vermicelli are mixed with a little pepper and sesame oil and wrapped in dumpling skins.
* Squeeze the bean sprouts and vermicelli well and mix. - Brown it with salad oil, steam it with water, and when the moisture is gone, add sesame oil.
- Mix all the dipping ingredients.
- Serve on a plate and enjoy with dipping sauce.
