Bibimbap, Korea's representative mixed rice. You can put as much kimchi as you like!

■ Ingredients (for 2 people)

cooked rice 2 bowls
Sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon
Sesame 1/2 teaspoon
Chinese cabbage kimchi 100g
bean sprouts half bag
hot spring egg 2 pieces
Korean glue moderate amount
■ minced meat (for 2 people)

minced pork 100g
Liquor 50cc
water 50cc
soy sauce 1 tablespoon
sugar 1/2 tablespoon

[How to make]
  1. First, make minced meat. Put all the ingredients except the minced meat in a pot, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, add the minced meat and mix well with chopsticks.
  2. Once the meat is cooked, let it cool.
  3. Remove the roots from the bean sprouts and boil in plenty of hot water.
  4. Add sesame oil and sesame seeds to the rice and place in a bowl.
  5. Serve kimchi, minced meat, and bean sprouts. At this time, pour a little of the meat broth over the top.
  6. Crack in the hot spring eggs, sprinkle with seaweed on top, and it's done.
